Our next guest is Ty White, president of Peachland Homes. Ty is an Atlanta native who has been building in the area since 1990. Peachland Homes, which started in 1992, specializes in building custom homes and neighborhoods in the north metro Atlanta area.
Over the past few years, Peachland Homes has gone back to doing more high-end remodeling projects in addition to their custom building. Most of their remodeling projects involve taking homes back down to the bare bones and then start over again, essentially doing a rebirth of the house. Ty says that remodeling projects can be a little more ?intimate? in terms of working with a client, but that him and his crew enjoy these projects. This spring, Peachland Homes is excited to be relaunching their intown home building in Morningside and Brookhaven.
To learn more about Peachland Homes new and existing communities as well as what?s hot in today?s market, listen to today?s podcast! And for even more information, visit?the Peachland Homes website.
