* ?The number of Grant Park homes SOLD in the July-Sept period is the highest its been in more than 5 YEARS!

* Home sales prices ranged from $42,000 to $524,000 with the average at?$248,325 ? up by $24,000 ?from the same time last year?and $14,000 higher than 2008 (3Q).

* The time it takes to sell a home in Grant Park is declining, just 110 days on average. ?The average is a bit misleading, as?over 28% sold in less than a week and?50% ?of all the homes sold in less than a month.

he number of East Atlanta homes sold is on par with last year?s numbers (125 vs 128 homes sold). ?2010 was definitely the low point for the number of homes sold.

* The average time to sell a home dropped by almost 20% from last year and is the LOWEST in 5 YEARS!

* Over 28% of the homes sold in LESS THAN A WEEK? (not too shabby!)
