Q: I am interested in knowing if banks will rent or lease a foreclosed home and if so what would the procedure be and my qualifications have to be.

A: I have not heard of any banks that are in the rental business. These foreclosed homes are assets that they have to divest themselves of. Why waste your time seeking them as a rental when there are bonafide homes for rent? Seek a property manager in your area and/or go on line to see what rentals are available and stick to that traditional route. It will save you time and energy.
